The Agency · self-hosted

An AI agency
in a box.

Design the personas, mint a team of AI specialists, hand them tools, and brief them like a studio — on your own hardware. They do the work; you approve the milestones; you walk away with a finished, shareable deliverable.

01Assemble the team the job needs

The Agency isn't one assistant wearing many hats. It's a roster — you design the personas and mint a team of specialists, each with its own remit and its own tools. Staff a job with two of them or a dozen; the team is yours to shape.

The signature · brief → milestones → deliverable

02Bundle it into a Project

Related work becomes a Project: a brief, an ordered set of milestones, and a growing pile of artifacts. At each gate you approve or reject — the run only moves on with your say-so, and you can skip a milestone that isn't needed.

A Chief of Staff agent coordinates the whole thing — sequencing the specialists, routing the handoffs, keeping the brief in view. When the last gate clears, you get a one-click bundled deliverable: everything zipped, with an optional share link you can hand to someone without a login.

It gets to know you

03It remembers how you work

Your specialists have memory. Over a first project or a hundred, they pick up how you like things done — your house style, the calls you tend to make, the shape of a deliverable you'll actually approve — and carry it forward.

So the second brief is smoother than the first. You stop re-explaining yourself, and the team starts arriving already knowing the way you work.

The same durable memory the workshop uses everywhere — memory.strata2signal.com.

Part of the workshop

04Yours, and only yours

The Agency is fully self-hosted. It runs on your hardware, keeps your work behind your own walls, and nothing phones home — the same ethic as the rest of the workshop, right down to zero external client-side dependencies.

It's model-agnostic: bring your own model. The specialists reach their models through the workshop's shared gateway, so a job can call for more depth on demand or make pictures when the work needs them — and your persona can even show up as a talking hologram, if you like a face to brief.
